Montreal, Canada benwah@peromusic.com Born and raise in Montreal, Ben wah is Pero's sidekick in the Peromusic project. While being a dedicated follower of the minimal house scene for many years, hard tech from the likes of fellow montrealer Mateo Murphy and UK's Dave Clarke has always fascinated him. Influences from these different styles can be heard in his work as energic, high intensity melodies blend themselves with pounding beats sometimes reflecting darker emotions. |

Slowly but surely, his appetite for rhythm and need for a more intelligent kind of music brings him to a sound less driven by mainstream constaints. After having surfed between deep and minimal house, the Montreal producer has now settled on an more electro flavoured tech house...for now that is. |
